Subscription Billing & Payments
Subscription payments are charged automatically every 30 days using the payment method provided at checkout.
By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges until the subscription is canceled prior to the next billing date.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify. BrezjeNails does not store payment information.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing date through your customer account.
Once a subscription payment has been processed, that month’s order is final and non-refundable.
Due to the custom nature of press-on nails, refunds are not available on subscription orders.
Items that are deemed defective or damaged must be reported to me for a solution.

When will I be charged?
You are charged immediately at signup and then every 30 days on the same date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel before your next billing date. Once billed, that month’s order cannot be refunded.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, you’ll be notified to update your payment method. Orders are fulfilled after payment is successful.
Can I change my shape or length?
Shape and length preferences can be updated periodically based on your subscription tier.
